David Holtby, began his carer as a qualified carpenter and joiner, then later went on to widen his knowledge of other trades and began branching out into the building sector. 

 After many years as a sole trader he decided it was time to expand and so started up Holtby construction ltd, back in 2020. This enabled a small team to offer a complete service to clients from start to finish, taking the hassle out of projects.

With our roots coming from a carpentry background, this gives us a great eye for detail, combined with 15 years of experience, Holtby constructions aim is to provide peace of mind that you are in safe and knowledgeable hands.  

For our Residential clients, we can take care of all that's required on their project. Whether it's a new build, extension, refurbishment or a simple kitchen remodel. We can take care of it.
